Frequently Asked Questions
How much do your errands cost?
Our prices are affordable and depend on the errand: distance, number of shops, and size of items. Send us your request and we'll give you a clear quote before we start.
How do I pay for the items?
Payment is made upfront, before delivery or before we run your errand. Once you approve the items and quote, we'll share payment details on WhatsApp, and we get started as soon as payment is received. You'll always see exactly what you're paying for first.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Nairobi and shop across Eastleigh, Gikomba, Dubois, CBD, Nyamakima and more. Get in touch about delivery to your area.
Can you send items outside Nairobi?
Yes. With our parcel consolidation service we combine your purchases and send them as one parcel through your preferred courier.
How does shop verification work?
Send us the shop's name, location or social media page. We check it out in person and report back with photos so you can decide whether it's safe to buy.
